Mr. Diaz was made aware of my schedule and his performance was so prompt and informative to whereas I still had time to grab lunch before work. Mr. Diaz explained every single detail thoroughly and got me a vehicle under the original monthly payment I had in mind. Mr. Diaz made sure that I was very comfortable and I must say this was the very first time I've NEVER felt overwhelmed at a car dealership. Mr. Diaz and the finance department went above and beyond what was required of them from me. I would not only recommend family and friends to south oak dodge, I would definitely recommend them to see Mr. Diaz and Mr. Ryan Gasner who works in the finance department and assisted with the transaction. Everyone was so helpful, even to the guys who washed the car and preped it for me. Mr. Diaz and Mr. Gasner are valuable assets to south oak dodge and is a great example to their peers around him. Also, visited this dealership one year ago and was told to come back in a year and they would be able to do something. I also received an email to contact the GM to help out the deal after I visited and left multiple messages to have him call back and still haven't heard anything. Lastly, they have the rudest person answering the phone, its like a burden that we called. I hope this review gets back to the dealership because this is the first of many reviews. Although Dave helped me through the process, he did provided excellent customer service. More

My husband and I responded to the sale's manager's email asking about our visit and why we didn't buy anything. So We emailed him giving him a ton of reasons about his salesman's poor customer service and how he didn't show us anything. Shannon forwarded the email to someone at South Oak else asking "Who was this xxxxxxx's sales person?" We received a copy of the email asking her question and referring to my husband as that. Terrible that she's part of management and calls people that. She must have a sad life.... More
