Quite willing to accommodate a couple different requests I had, such as requesting a Carfax in addition to the Autocheck report the listing already had, and taking vehicle to the Subaru dealer for a pre-purchase inspection before final sale. Willing to do negotiate sale price some, felt it was very reasonable final price. Have had vehicle for 2 months now, very pleased. Word to the wise! Started out friendly and went south after that. Word to the wise.. GET ALL PROMISES IN WRITING! Not very knowledgeable.Purchased a 2014 Durango that Started out friendly and went south after that. Word to the wise.. GET ALL PROMISES IN WRITING! Not very knowledgeable.Purchased a 2014 Durango that from the factory DID NOT come with trailer hitch. When I asked how much to install the "factory hitch" I was quoted a fair price. When the vehicle arrived, I reiterated, that they would install the "factory hitch", and I was assured by Keith our salesman, that they would. So we signed all the papers to take possession and that is when they dropped the bomb of informing me that the hitch would not be the factory hitch but an aftermarket one for the price I was quoted. So I asked how much for the "factory hitch" and the came back stating that the factory hitch was not offered through the parts department, to which I informed them that yes it was, and I knew what I could pay for it. So we left the vehicle there overnight until the parts department manager came in. He gave Keith the information and Keith called me with the price which was double what I was originally quoted and $300 higher than the whole Towing Package costs. Since I had signed the papers there was no backing out, I had to buy that vehicle. I was refunded the what I was quoted for the hitch and used that money to purchase the hitch from another Dodge dealer and installed it myself in less than 2.5 hours..and I'm not a mechanic! Oh and by the way the trailer hitch kit cost less than $275.00 So do your homework, bring someone with you who is not easily thrilled about purchasing a vehicle, and get ALL PROMISES IN WRITING! And to Denny Guest and all his sales team with managers, watch on Youtube the video "Just give him the pickle". You just might keep your customers and gain more. More

Excellent Experience I was searching for a car throughout the day and my mom told me about South Oak Dodge Chrysler Jeep located in Matteson, Illinois. We end up stopping I was searching for a car throughout the day and my mom told me about South Oak Dodge Chrysler Jeep located in Matteson, Illinois. We end up stopping at this location to see a car that I liked. We spoke to a gentleman named Marvin and the customer service was terrific, no doubt about that. I was actually trying to search for a used car, but end up driving off with a new Chrysler 200 car. We were there for about 2 hours and it was well worth it! My new car drives smoothly and it looks great both the inside and outside, along with many great features that I know I would enjoy. I would recommend this dealership with anyone,. Overall, the experience was terrific, the car looks great/drives great. Customer service was on point the whole time and the sale person help me out to drive off with a new 2015 Chrysler 200. More
