Wonderful dealership I bought my 2014 Jeep Patriot from Robert, he let me chose my vehicle and did not pressure me into a buy. I fell in love with a jeep and bought it. They have been very helpful with questions I had. When I got into a fender bender they went out of their way to make sure my car was fixed, sending me to a bodyshop that they use. I can't recommend this place more. Any of the sales people will be more than happy to help you get into the right vehicle that is right for you. More

Poor service over and over again I went to South Oak in 2007, 2011 and 2012. I must say between 2011 and 2012 the level of service went down. I bought a 2011 Dodge Charger that I went to South Oak in 2007, 2011 and 2012. I must say between 2011 and 2012 the level of service went down. I bought a 2011 Dodge Charger that was nothing but problems. I dealt with the owner’s son Garret Guest and sales rep Jim Matt. These two people were great to deal with. Now Mark Hester on the other hand was the rudest person ever. They sold me a lemon and I got a run around with it many times between the service managers telling me to keep it. Well who wants a new car that has had extensive service and needed new paint due to defects on it? Mark Hester was as ignorant as they come ran my credit many times without my permission and was not willing to back the product he helped sold. Now that I am trying to get a refund on my gap insurance and extended warrantee, once again I am getting the run around. This is the reader’s digest version of my tale of poor service. The long and the short of it, there are better dealers than South Oak and I recommend Bettenhausen over this dealer. Problem here is a few bad apples makes this place bad. I would recommend that they do some house cleaning. Everyone I used to send there has started to go elsewhere for better service and deals. More
