ripped off A service was performed that did not fix the issue that i brought the van in for. They charged almost $600 for it got the van back in the same conditi A service was performed that did not fix the issue that i brought the van in for. They charged almost $600 for it got the van back in the same condition it was before I brought it in. The service department decided to tell me this is how all those vans are from the factory. I said fine then please refund my $200 deductible for the original service that was done that did nothing for me. They refuse..... And don't plan on going any further to solve the problem. So because of this needless to even say, I NOW HATE SOUTH OAK DODGE. I have never seen a dealership that doesn't go out of their way to try and be fair and calm a situation down. they could at least said ok lets split that $200 deductible and refund me $100 of that for working on my car, accomplishing nothing for me, and basically taking my money and saying SEE YA!!! More

Waste of time I came in because I had a strut leaking. I had a 7:50 appointment. No one came to talk to me until almost 11:00. When they called my name, I thought t I came in because I had a strut leaking. I had a 7:50 appointment. No one came to talk to me until almost 11:00. When they called my name, I thought they were finished, but they hadn’t started any work on my car. It took over 3 hours to confirm that the strut is leaking, but the part wasn’t in stock. I’m not sure what the point of an appointment is if it takes over 3 hours to confirm what I already told them and they didn’t have the part even though they knew that what I was coming in for. Their quote was also $400 more than my local mechanic. I won’t be back. More
