Customer should be made aware of actual wait time I set up my appointment on line for 8:40am. After 3.5 hrs waiting was told the Factory is aware of the issue with the Catalytic Convertor and they cov I set up my appointment on line for 8:40am. After 3.5 hrs waiting was told the Factory is aware of the issue with the Catalytic Convertor and they cover under warranty up to 80,000 miles and of course since I’m at 87,000 miles it’s not covered. I actually learned of this issue some time ago and have been trying to get the place I bought the car from to cover. I was told by the Service Manager that setting the appointment is just a time slot to bring the car in. WHAT!!!! I mentioned to him that all these other cars kept coming in and leaving before me. He said all the other people people were getting oil changed and my issue takes at least 20 minutes more. Please explain to me how that turns out to be over 3 hours... They need to advise the customer how long the initial time will take at least say 1-2 hours. Then they just parked my car all the way in the back so after I paid I had to search for my car. I have never experienced such uncaring Service..... Truly Unhappy More
