Unsatisfied Customer I came for an oil change and once I pulled in the service center, no one spoke nor greeted me. This was the first time receiving service here and will I came for an oil change and once I pulled in the service center, no one spoke nor greeted me. This was the first time receiving service here and will only return because I brought the oil service package and back to the city where you are valued as a customer and human being. Another customer was complaining to me about not being acknowledged as well. The customer service was so poor that I don’t recall the gentleman’s name. He did inform me of recalls, but that’s the only positive thing came out of my visit. I guess Howard Orloff will continue to have me as service customer because they never mistreated me. I’ll take my chances their to have them ship for service nearby. More

Worst service I've ever received ZERO communication. 3 days and not once was I contacted with an update on what's wrong with my car and status. I elected text status option never got ZERO communication. 3 days and not once was I contacted with an update on what's wrong with my car and status. I elected text status option never got text nor response after sending a text for a update. Service manager treated staff with zero respect when the staff member was trying to assist me. Said they don't handle the warranty for tires kind of confusing considering I bought my car there. How do you not warranty part of the car? I have to take it someplace else now more down time for me. It took me two trips they had my car for a total of 3 days to figure out it was a bad tire. Bought my new SRT Durango there and will NEVER return to have it serviced there. I'm not one to complain but this was not what I would expect from a to rated dealer More
