Parts Went in for 1 year service check, oil change, and to repair rear passenger door that would not open. Was told about 2 hours. Waited 3 hours for them to tell me the door was not fixed and needed to order parts. I would get a call about parts for the door within 2 weeks. This was around the holiday season so i gave it a little more time but after 1 month i never received a call. I called back and was told the parts had been there for some time. Not one apology from 3 different people i talked to. More

Flat tire I had my cat towed to South Oak Dodge because I had a flat tire and the air wouldn’t stay in it long enough to drive myself. Inhaling strong chemical I don’t think that maintenance should use strong chemicals while customers are waiting to be serviced. I had to walk outside to catch my breath. One of the service advisor mentioned that cleaning is generally done at 6am. Another thing, I purchase a 2015 Challenger last year & I get my Chrysler 200 serviced there. After telling one of the sales manager that the odor was too strong, he looked at me as if I was from another planet. I’m so done with your dealership. UNPROFESSIONAL and NOT PEOPLE FRIENDLY More
