I worked with both Fabian and Clarence on the sale, and Leo with the financing. There was a bit of confusion on whether the vehicle was a "Certified" pre-owned van which it wasn't. The van is very nice and clean. Aside from some minor blemishes resembles a new van. There was also some confusion as to what my monthly payment would be but that was quickly resolved. There was a bit of pressure to add on a warranty and service package but that was resolved. Overall I am happy with my buying experience at South Oak. More
