Response #2- Nothing different from your google review- you have too much time on your hand! Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts with us regarding your experience here. As I’m sure you’re well aware, there is a global pandemic happening right now sir and as such we are prohibited by order of state mandate to allow customers to utilize any area of our facility as a waiting area. We are operating, as we have communicated in several ways to our customer base, as a drop off only service during the COVID-19 crisis, which means you leave your vehicle with us and return to the dealership when your repairs are completed. This is not us being difficult, this is not a choice we’ve made to complicate the lives of our customers…this is a state mandate that we must strictly follow in order to have our doors open for you at all. The service manager, I feel quite graciously, offered to have you return the next morning when he could provide you a shuttle ride back to your home while your repairs were performed and collect you when the vehicle was ready. This is the same service manager that you note treated you politely at your last visit, during which you apparently had an issue as well. We make every accommodation to compensate for the fact we are not able to use our waiting areas and we apologize if our alternatives are not to your satisfaction. It is actually very shocking that you seem unwilling to make any alterations to your expectations during what is an unprecedented worldwide crisis. But in no way are we requesting you alter your review here. We have many excellent reviews and our behavior and character speak volumes as to the service we provide.
