Dealership over complicates a simple thing like an oil change. Local pull up places can accomplish your oil change in 15 minutes but this dealership time and time again take over an hour and a half to acc change. If it wasn’t included with the purchase I would take my business elsewhere. In addition they are pushing services outside the recommended OEM recommendations. More

Lack of communication. The general manager refused to speak with me. Im usually pleased with this Southern location, but this last visit was very disappointing. I drop my vehicle off on a Tuesday for an appointment that was scheduled for 10am. I needed a diagnostic test ran last visit was very disappointing. I drop my vehicle off on a Tuesday for an appointment that was scheduled for 10am. I needed a diagnostic test ran because my check engine light was on. I called on Wednesday for an update on my vehicle and I was told that it had not been seen. And because it was a holiday my vehicle would not be seen until Friday. My truck is my only means of transportation and I need to get back and forth to work. I was also told that until the check engine light start flashing that it was okay to drive. So no I was not pleased with the service or should I say the service that was not rendered on this visit.
