I came in for an oil change, but I’m disappointed with the service I received. My fluids weren’t topped off—my windshield wiper fluid is nearly empty, and I know there are no leaks. Additionally, my left headlight had gone out a couple of days before, but it wasn’t mentioned during the 25-point inspection. This makes me question whether the inspection was completed thoroughly. To make matters worse, I’ve noticed a grinding noise since the oil change, and I’m unsure of its cause. Overall, this experience has left me with concerns about the quality and attention to detail of the service provided. More
