I came in for an oil change, but I’m disappointed with the service I received. My fluids weren’t topped off—my windshield wiper fluid is nearly empty, and I know there are no leaks. To make matters worse, I’ve noticed a grinding noise since the oil change, and I’m unsure of its cause.
