We have always used this dealership ever since we bought our Sonata there (169,000) and still rolling. Service dept is always clean and the service managers are always courteous. My main interaction with this dealership has been through the services department and while the manager has been nothing but amazing. The departments communication sucks. I'd call and call and never get thro the services department and while the manager has been nothing but amazing. The departments communication sucks. I'd call and call and never get through till I show up in person. I've left voicemails and no one gets back to me. In general they suck and communication unless you're standing in front of them. But the manager has always saved the day each time in my personal case. More
