The workmanship was great but the lady answering the phone wasn't helpful at all. It was very simple. The free tow took my car to the dealership and I showed up. I spoke with the service people and they told me they would take care of it. I hope I'm remembering each person who helped me correctly, I think Jeffery was the one who checked me in and took care of my appointment. However, he did not speak very clearly and I could not understand a lot of what he was saying, so I had to ask him to repeat himself several times.
