Sadly the service was disappointing long wait to get apt. Service dept did not full fill request. Specifically called with broken horn and request for inspection left with oil change and tire rotation. Told Service dept did not full fill request. Specifically called with broken horn and request for inspection left with oil change and tire rotation. Told horn in in “ a couple of days” 4 days later I called and oh yes it’s here. I was on vacation so no call?? Meanwhile temporary plates expiring. Plea to get my horn out in and inspected fell on deaf ears. Sorry I am going to lunch. See you next Tuesday This was when I drive up and pleaded to stay as long as needed since horn was in. But NO!! Eventually the following Tuesday all was corrected. I do now have a horn and inspection. Hopefully in the future I will be more satisfied with the service. I absolutely love the venue and am hopeful that in the future service goes more smoothly.
