I waited 2 weeks for a warranty repair part to come in only to find out the wrong part was ordered! My Taos needed a head gasket replacement and after picking up the vehicle that was in the shop for 3 weeks, the coolant cap was never screwed on fully which caused the engine to overheat less than 5 d picking up the vehicle that was in the shop for 3 weeks, the coolant cap was never screwed on fully which caused the engine to overheat less than 5 days after being returned. The car needed to be towed back to the dealership and be re-serviced which was very inconvenient. The issue stems from the technicians mistake and zero responsibility was taken by the company for the issue that they caused. Customer asked for documentation of all of the tests that were run for their own records and was told “that’s confidential”. More
