If I drop off a car the night before, have an 8:40 appointment, and notate my preference to pick up my car by noon (online and on the overnight envelope), I would expect a first call before 2:45 and f appointment, and notate my preference to pick up my car by noon (online and on the overnight envelope), I would expect a first call before 2:45 and for the car to be ready before 4:45. This has happened multiple times. The good news is that once when I was in a bind, I was given a loaner vehicle, but I begin to question when my car is ready 8 hours after the appointment time. More

Dealership is good but service is extremely slow to get anything. Right now it is at least 3 weeks to get anything done and longer if it is major repair.
