Before this last visit, I had a good experience with the service department. This last visit was very disappointing. I received my mulit-point inspection results via email. Usually I am told if there was an service department. This last visit was very disappointing. I received my mulit-point inspection results via email. Usually I am told if there was an issue that need immediate attention. This time I was not. My car needed radiator fluid desperately but was not told. It almost caused my engine to overheat. Great sales experience but mechanical issues with the car from time of purchase which service department cannot fix.
