Service person I dealt with was excellent. Cost way too much. But the thing I notice most is the lack of interaction/acknowledgment from anyone but the service person assigned. We purchased a new Armada and our salesman David Nicely, was extremely helpful in the purchase. He was knowledgable and answered any questions we had.
