Before this last visit, I had a good experience with the service department. This last visit was very disappointing. I received my mulit-point inspection results via email. Usually I am told if there was an service department. This last visit was very disappointing. I received my mulit-point inspection results via email. Usually I am told if there was an issue that need immediate attention. This time I was not. My car needed radiator fluid desperately but was not told. It almost caused my engine to overheat.
