Have had several repairs done by this VW dealership. They do good work and I understand my vehicle may be difficult to work on. I do think their price are a little higher but independent garages aren' They do good work and I understand my vehicle may be difficult to work on. I do think their price are a little higher but independent garages aren't crazy about working on the VW Eos. I do think there are occasions when they have had to order parts and after waiting several days without hearing from them, I call and the parts are in and they can get to my vehicle. May be a lack of communication between the Parts Dept. and the Service Dept. More

I had a brand new VW. At 6 months it had spent 2 months in the shop. Service center didn’t seem concerned at all with updating us or going the extra mile to get things taken care of.
