I asked device to look at an electrical problem ( heated seats and some other items were not working ) and the front headlight was broken when my wife hit a deer They replaced a $2 fuse and charged me 2 seats and some other items were not working ) and the front headlight was broken when my wife hit a deer They replaced a $2 fuse and charged me 2 hours labor and never fixed the headlight We had a discussion about whether I was going to submit a claim for the headlight, I said no, I just want it fixed. I was pleasantly surprised at the responsiveness to what was a severe issue associated with a 2020 Subaru Ascent transmission. Melissa was empathetic and understanding.
