First: walk in routine maintenance. Take a day off bc walk in usually means wait like all the other walkins. THEN told no longer walkin and appt only. Dropped off for 16K recommended service, it was there all day. They did not run it through the car wash, as it wasn't working first thing that day but was at some point. They did not replace the oil change s day. They did not run it through the car wash, as it wasn't working first thing that day but was at some point. They did not replace the oil change sticker in the window, left the old one on it, which leads me to wonder if they even changed the oil. Now let's get to the point when I bought the car in January, with an expired inspection sticker on it, and then they made it the most difficult and inconvenient as they could to get it in there for an inspection, like my time did not matter to them. Customer service is absolutely lost on them! More

The staff at Southern Team is very knowledgeable and helpful! The dealership offers some pretty cool perks when you purchase a vehicle (free lifetime oil changes and car washes).
