Always great service. For the best maintenance prices be sure to check their website for specials, saved me over S40. They also have a seniors discount! For the best maintenance prices be sure to check their website for specials, saved me over S40. They also have a seniors discount! More

Good fast service with a lot of amenities. But charging me for stuff before running it by me and asking if I want it when it isn’t necessary is very unprofessional and unfair to the customer. Real customer distrust after 2nd identical incorrect “diagnostic” occurrence. I dropped my WRX off (9/9/2024) for standard 120k mi maintenance + what I personally identified as a bad front passenger “diagnostic” occurrence. I dropped my WRX off (9/9/2024) for standard 120k mi maintenance + what I personally identified as a bad front passenger wheel bearing (check notes). Dealership called after diagnostic and said it’s not front bearing. They stated both back bearings were bad. I confirmed to move forward with 2 rear wheel bearing replacements. Later on in the day I get another call back from dealership after rear wheel bearing were replaced. The dealership stated it’s actually your front passenger wheel bearing. In disbelief I said go ahead and fix the front passenger wheel bearing. It was main reason I had it in the shop. After I haung up the phone it dawned on me that this exact same scenario happened with my brakes in 2022. In 2022 I went into the dealership stating front rotors are wrapped, major vibration under heavy braking. Dealership called me up after diagnostic saying it’s your rear rotors. As a customer you have to trust their “professional” input. I stated to move forward with rear rotor replacement. I picked the car up later to find their recommended rear rotor replacement did not fix anything and left me with the same mechanical issues I brought it in for. Almost like nobody test drove the car on either visits before or after to properly diagnose. At the time of this brake visit in 2022 I paid full price for recommended back rotors that were a non-issue as well as paying for the originally identified front rotors. After thinking back on both situations, this raised a major red flag on my end as a customer with current bearing scenario in 2024. This is twice now that I have lead this dealership to the exact point of mechanical failure and the dealership has called me back stating exact opposite parts are recommended, and then their recommended parts have now left me twice with original issues still persisting. You have to see and understand the concern I have as customer with experiencing this twice now. I spoke with shop manager and he told the me the back 2 wheel bearings could be heard under stethoscope, but the front passenger couldn’t because it was unweighted. That’s a sad excuse for not taking accountability in my eyes and doesn’t make sense really. I literally pinpointed to where the noise was coming from as a customer and get the excuse it couldn’t be heard bc it was unweighted. I had to have the radio turned up to volume 30 to understand song lyrics clearly because the wheel bearing was so loud! Unweighted wheel with no noise sounds like a good default answer for someone who cant explain why they’re recommending parts that aren’t reconciling the originally identified broken part. To make matters worse after the bearing debacle, I paid for my car in full to only realize they did a bad brake job. The new rear brake pads installed were creating same rotor vibrations that I experienced in 2022. I went back to the dealership a 4th time where they ended up having to replace both front and rear rotors at no cost with the excuse the machine wasn’t calibrated… Then why am I paying full labor price?! This is twice now in a single visit where your labor has been proven to be spotty!! Listen, I went in knowing this would be a pricey visit. The problem I have is how it all evolved to be very questionable and create serious customer doubt. I understand the parts are installed at this point, but when 52% of your bill ($2,100) is just in labor and you experience everything that I’ve gone through you can only feel like you’ve been taken advantage of as a customer. If shop manager would have reimbursed me labor costs I wouldn’t be typing this and you wouldn’t be reading a frustrating experience review. Southern Team Subaru officially lost a customer as the situation was not addressed by leadership effectively. More
The inspection took over 2 hours. Way longer than expected or what it should have taken. Way longer than expected or what it should have taken. More
