I was told by the person who checked me in that there would be no charge for my tire rotation but when I was checked out, I was charged. This was after coming back for a second time, a 45 minute drive, would be no charge for my tire rotation but when I was checked out, I was charged. This was after coming back for a second time, a 45 minute drive, because the proper part was not ordered the first time. This is always the case. A very incompetent group of employees. There was a yellow sticker left on my mirror that should have been removed. More
