What was promised was not delivered. Quite disappointing. Meghan tried to convince me being in the wrong while it was her who didn’t check things physically before handing car over to me Quite disappointing. Thus it further perpetuated that she forgot to provide other info she promised. Wasn’t a good experience at all when you try to make the customer feel like an idiot. More
