This was the first time bringing my vehicle when just purchasing from ride today side The gentleman checking me in was very rude when it came to discussing the price of the diagnostics and the warranty m purchasing from ride today side The gentleman checking me in was very rude when it came to discussing the price of the diagnostics and the warranty made me feel my warranty would not probably be covering anything. When mention needing to keep apt for the following Friday he was very upset to find out it was at 340 and ugh threw hands up saying we close at 5. I did reach out to speak to service and no one has returned my call still This was not a good experience all and it should not have gone that way at all . More

Got oil change, came home, parked in garage. Next day, oil under car. Backed out to clean it up, then left to go back to Southern team, fixed, came home and found more oil in driveway where I pa Next day, oil under car. Backed out to clean it up, then left to go back to Southern team, fixed, came home and found more oil in driveway where I parked. A lot harder to clean asphalt! Also, the wait to get it fixed was twice as long as the first time. Disappointed, but otherwise I have always had great service. More
