I believe my car was driven extensive miles while there for seven days, the miles was 42,200 and something when drop off, when I pick it up it was 43,000 and something. Good customer service ends when you drive off the lot. I was told the 2023 Honda CRV that I purchased came with Sirius XM and it didn’t. The salesperson we had, though nice enough, could not answer a technical question about the engine but then she’d only been selling cars there for 25 days when we met her. I’ve put in several calls and emails trying to get a temporary registration that I thought was in my paperwork when I left and it wasn’t. I can’t change my plates until I have the title number. When I called the sales manager he assured me that he would pull my titling paperwork, title the car and email me a temporary registration. That was four days ago and I’m still waiting on it. BUYER BEWARE! More

I asked to have the gas gauge checked because it isn't correct. I was told it would be $199 to diagnose the issue ON TOP of whataver it costs to fix the issue.
