Mike White(?), the service advisor, processed my timely request for service as scheduled. Why waiting for the delivery exterior wash, he answered a few technical questions that will be helpful in my person request for service as scheduled. I will say, that the service managers for both Nissan and Subaru are cordial and as helpful as they are allowed. Considerably better than the local Toyota dealership staff. More

My Subaru Outback needed to have new software installed for the Starlink system. While it was a slow process ( taking 3 hours), that was certainly not the service department's fault.
