They were very professional ! They got my car in on time and finished it in a timely matter as well ! To be fair, I gave them a tough problem to solve. I wanted to get a second key programmed for a 2003 Rialta RV (VW Eurovan Chassis). They attempted for a couple of hours and contacted VW service to n I wanted to get a second key programmed for a 2003 Rialta RV (VW Eurovan Chassis). They attempted for a couple of hours and contacted VW service to no avail. I was told they would continue to reach out to VW for a solution to getting a second key to start the vehicle. A month later no response to my phone call attempting to follow up. Disappointed! While waiting, the waiting area was having a window replaced which let a lot of cold air in and lots of construction noise. I'm sure things are better now. More

Southern team is a typical dealership that will try to overcharge for every car service. After going for several services in attempt to get my car’s leak fixed, my car has finally been repaired at no cost overcharge for every car service. After going for several services in attempt to get my car’s leak fixed, my car has finally been repaired at no cost to me. While I appreciate the costs that Nissan covered, I did not appreciate the time it took to find the root of the problem and the ongoing leak that I continually took my car in for and the services I paid for that did not solve the problem. I would try not to come here for general car services unless you have a problem only the dealership can solve. After many conversations, services, and an inspection for a recall that was present in the car, Nissan covered the repairs but not without many frustrating attempts to communicate the problem and ask questions about the repair. I may buy another car here in the future, but it will not be a Nissan. More
