Longtime Kia Owner! I enjoy being a Kia Owner first of all but I would like to say this dealership needs to do better when it comes to return Customers, I felt like they I enjoy being a Kia Owner first of all but I would like to say this dealership needs to do better when it comes to return Customers, I felt like they didn't give me the appreciation that I deserved coming to them first and being a return Customer I didn't even get floor mats for one of the most expensive cars on the lot and that's a real Shame since I am representing there Brand. First visit since I purchased our Kia from a friend. Angel B. was our service advisor and was Awesome I felt like I had been coming there for years . I also needed to update our warranty since it was about to expire and we had just purchased our Kia Soul from a good friend with extremely low mileage but was a 2015 model. I met with George Luciano Finance director and he set us up with an Awesome extended warranty where we have no worries about any repairs. What a a great relief! Southside Kia works for me! Thank You.
