Went in for a chrome molding on the driver side door at the bottom of the window. The service technician Jorge does a great job and always has. My wife recently brought our vehicle in for a simple oil change. I scheduled the appointment myself and allowed extra time due to heavy morning rain. She arrived early, yet still waited over 3 hours with ou change. I scheduled the appointment myself and allowed extra time due to heavy morning rain. She arrived early, yet still waited over 3 hours with our very active 4-year-old. There is a kids room for customers, which we appreciated — until my son was bullied by two older kids (around 10–12) who turned out to be employees’ children. A kids room should be a courtesy for paying customers, not an unsupervised space for employees’ kids to disrespect guests. The service itself was just as disappointing. When I called to check on the delay, I only received excuses. After waiting 3+ hours, my wife assumed they would at least bring the car up for her. Instead, the vehicle was left outside the bay, and she had to go get it herself — while there were no other cars being serviced at that time. This is our third visit, and two out of three have been bad experiences. We chose to try a local dealership because our vehicle was purchased at Moritz (over an hour away), but now it’s clear why we didn’t buy from this location. Fool me once, shame on you; fool me twice, shame on me. We will not be returning. More

***DECEPTIVE PRICING ALERT*** I inquired about a 2024 Certified Pre-Owned Kia Sorento listed on the Southwest Kia website for $38,761. After several days of discussion with Talal, I requested a buy order Certified Pre-Owned Kia Sorento listed on the Southwest Kia website for $38,761. After several days of discussion with Talal, I requested a buy order for an out-of-state purchase. To my surprise, the price jumped to over $43,000. For transparency, the total included $1,815.08 in taxes and a $299 doc fee—reasonable charges that would bring the buy order to about $40,875 (and potentially less without unnecessary add-ons). However, the buy order also included additional fees: Certified Pre-Owned: $2,495 PermaPlate: $299 Kahu GPS: $499 Doc Fee: $225 Tax: $1,815.08 Non-Tax: $239.81 This brought the final total to $43,433.89—a significant increase from the $37,861 originally advertised online. When Gage McAfee, Client Experience Manager, got involved there was no phone call, hi, how are you or anything of that nature. It was a text! He said, "Hey Sheli, this is Gage with Southwest Kia. So the certified portion shows it can be certified as in it qualifies. However, on this Sorento I do not have a lot of room on it. My best number would be $42,500 out the door." Mind you he did not take into account his "add-ons" I had previously said I wasn't interested in. The figures listed actually exceed the final quoted price of $42,500, even though I had already stated I was not interested in the PermaPlate or Kahu add-ons. While the doc fee is expected, the purpose of the $239.81 “Non-Tax” fee remains unclear. If a vehicle is NOT TRULY CERTIFIED, it should NOT be advertised online as Certified Pre-Owned. And if certification carries an ADDITIONAL FEE, that cost should be CLEARLY disclosed upfront IN the ONLINE listing. This approach comes across as a bait-and-switch tactic. Buyers should be warned: this dealership manipulates pricing with hidden fees and misleading listings. More
