After speaking with Scott while Cameron A. was helping me I was ready to walk away, even told my dad, "I am on my way home". Christian approached me because he remembered me before. And to my surprise I left with a vehicle. I have had some issues since my purchase and Christian has been open, honest and upfront on how he plans to make sure everything will be handled. I appreciate the response to text messages and even phone calls on what I believe is his personal cell. I bought my last car there, and so did my daughter. If we can get this one issue that's MAJOR to me but I am sure minor to the dealership fixed I will be beyond excited about my new SUV. I would send anyone who asked me about a Kia to see Christian.
