And to my surprise I left with a vehicle. I have had some issues since my purchase and Christian has been open, honest and upfront on how he plans to make sure everything will be handled. I appreciate the response to text messages and even phone calls on what I believe is his personal cell. I bought my last car there, and so did my daughter. If we can get this one issue that's MAJOR to me but I am sure minor to the dealership fixed I will be beyond excited about my new SUV. I would send anyone who asked me about a Kia to see Christian. Lies, deceit and poor customer service. I came in fir a test drive and was immediately sold a overpriced Tesla. The sales manager would not write his promises on the forced bilk of sale. After the test drive the front wibdshield had a crack. The sales manager informed me to use my insurance to get it repaired. When they determined my credit score was acceptable. The manipulation began. I experience numerous levels of unprofessionalism. I cannot recommend any of my colleagues to KIA Southwest. More
