I emailed Jonathan Smith with a finance question. No response. Then I used the internet chat feature to ask him if he saw my email. I got a response from the SALES team. Never heard from them again. Therefore I asked my same finance question to a different Kia dealer, where I purchased my car. Heard a response immediately. And they fixed the finance error! So now I'll never go to Southwest Kia again and will be returning to the original dealer even though they are hours further away. That's how much Jonathan Smith has ruined Southwest Kia. All he had to do was respond to an email. More

I found a certified Pre-owned vehicle here that I could afford. (CPO via Kia, Carfax, and the dealerships listing). From the minute we got there shifty behavior started. after they "somehow" tried to show us the wrong vehicle then they attempted to charge us more money than advertised for the certified preowned. they said "oh no. it's not Certified, it's "certifiable" if you pay the additional cost. " Any car listed and advertised as a CPO is for that price listed, not a way for shifty dealerships to line their pockets on unsuspecting customers. i attempted to contact the dealership to discuss this and they (Scott) got mad and unprofessional instead of attempting to change their illegal behavior. please!! do not go here and get taken advantage of.
