Went about over a week ago to test drive a vehicle. We talked numbers afterwards and it didn’t quite add up to what was in my budget. Very friendly staff, but unfortunately not knowledgeable about their financing options. Have excellent credit and wasn't told that they didn't go lower than 4.99 percent on used cars, but then when trying about their financing options. Have excellent credit and wasn't told that they didn't go lower than 4.99 percent on used cars, but then when trying to sell me add ONS was told they could get it down to 3.1 percent. Seems shady and bad business practice. More
