We purchased a ceramic wax package from the dealership. The vehicle was returned to us dirty and damaged. We went to speak with the Sales Manager the next day. While attempting to speak with the Sales Mana The vehicle was returned to us dirty and damaged. We went to speak with the Sales Manager the next day. While attempting to speak with the Sales Manager, General Manager Adam Drakulik hijacked the conversation and proceeded to read my wife and I the riot act. He was rude,loud,embarrassing,accusatory and threatened us in the showroom in front of employees and customers. His behavior was unprofessional and unacceptable. We find it extremely unsettling that this type of person represents the Spitzer and Acura brand. More
