However, I did not go into the situation convinced that I was going to buy the car. I was able to schedule a time to see and discuss the car, which I feel helped us all. When discussing price, I was never bullied or pressured into additional warranties, etc. I feel Jeremy was friendly and very helpful. We had traveled to the dealership after seeing a 2010 Toyaota Tacoma on Car Guru and decided to drive about 45 minutes to the dealership and check it out. We had no intention of buying the vehicle that day, but after taking a test drive, going through all the numbers, and of course, with the influence of the friendly employees there, we saw no reason not to buy it. Mr. Joe Newman and everyone else was extremely helpful in the process of purchasing the vehicle. Mr. Newman and the other walked us right through everything without any trouble. I will definitely recommend Spitzer Acura and Mr. Newman to anyone in search of a new or used car and hope to purchase vehicles or seek services from them in the future. More

Low pressure high quality dealership We recently bought an Acura MDX at this dealership. We feel we were given a fair trade-in value for our car. Disappointed Customer Service I was very disappointed with the service I received last week. I had an appointment for Thursday at 7:30 for 2 recalls. Since I was dropping the car I was very disappointed with the service I received last week. I had an appointment for Thursday at 7:30 for 2 recalls. Since I was dropping the car off, I took it in on Wednesday and left it. Wednesday afternoon I received a call stating that they got my car in and my recalls were complete. The 12 points inspections indicated I needed brake pads. At first I did say not to do the brake pads., however, Thursday morning (remember I had an appointment) I called and said go ahead and do the brakes. On Friday afternoon at 3:30 pm I arrived to pick up my car and was I was told the brakes were not done. No apologizes, no explanation. I was advised that I wait in the waiting room while the papers were prepared. I was not impressed at all on how this was handled and the customer service I received. More

I felt that they had it in their head that "this young female is not going to purchase a vehicle so lets get her out of here so we can deal with someone who will." I was spoken to with a poor tone, heard sighs and even observed them rolling their eyes. In addition to their poor social cues, I learned that they rated my trade-in lower based on failing to provide accurate information. Two things I learned from my experience at Spitzer Acura, I will never purchase a vehicle from them and I will never go to a dealership without my husband. More
