I’m interested in a 2023 corvette, so they weren’t able to help me. But I contacted at least 4 other Chevy dealers. I recently took my 2015 Silver. in for its 100,000 mile maintenance plus a couple of other maintenance items. Tanya Fillman was very helpful scheduling my appointment and keeping me informed on the work being done. The mechanic did find other items that needed attention that I was not aware of. When Tanya called to inform me of the items she was prepared to answer ALL my questions from cost to the time they would need my truck. Even though I wasn't prepared for the extra work, Tanya made it easy for me to change my schedule around while I waited for them to finish. VERY PROFESSIONAL !!! More
I first want to start off by saying Tanya went above and beyond the base line level of customer service. My family and I drove in from Texas to attend a family reunion. Tanya's communication throughout the whole process was exceptional and she went above and beyond to reassure I had nothing to worry about and I would be taken care of. Kevin (mechanic) did an exceptional job! We made it back to Texas with no issues. Tanya reached out to me a couple of days later to check on me and my family to ensure we made it home safely. This personable gesture alone meant so much to me and my family. At no point did I ever feel like a customer during this ordeal, but more of guest.
