This is the second time I’ve had the car in for an electric issue since I bought it less than a month ago you’ve had it 21 days and you called me to pick it up that the car is ready. However, when I want to pick it up, it was at a 45% charge totally unacceptable and then your service advisor told me that he doesn’t do electric and doesn’t know much about electric cars. I’m not sure who the service manager is but this is not a way to make a good impression I’m going to buy Another car in the next month and I’m contemplating a different dealership. More

This dealership is very clean and welcoming, it was my first time seriously trying to purchase a car and the team was accommodating and very flexible for our needs. George was a huge help and incredibly friendly and personable, he was honest and prevented us from making a mistake with a much higher mileage vehicle which was around the same price as the car we ended up leaving with. We spent a decent amount of time inside but it was worth it because George helped us get on track and Máté worked with us on pricing and payments. These two made a great team for our needs and we are incredibly satisfied and grateful for the attention to quality and customer service. 10/10 More

I recently purchased my new car from Spitzer Kia Cleveland, and I couldn’t be more thrilled with the entire experience! I actually went in to get warranty work completed, and started out in deep conversation with Belinda Frost (whoop, whoop!!) in the service department. She was so explanatory in what was being done with my vehicle and how long the process was going to take. So during my wait time, I asked to talk to a sales rep, which she got for me! From the moment I walked in to that side of the house, I was greeted by a warm and professional team who made me feel valued as a customer. Special shoutout to George Woods who went above and beyond to ensure I found the perfect car for my needs. The dealership itself is clean, well-organized, and has an impressive selection of vehicles. I appreciated that they listened to what I was looking for and didn’t try to upsell me on anything I didn’t need. The entire process, from test drive to final paperwork, was smooth and transparent. They were patient with all my questions and made sure I understood every step. The financing process was equally stress-free. Mike Mansour (10/10 recommended) took the time to explain all my options.
