Terrible! I was told 60 to 90 minutes. It took over 2 hours. Other customers came in after me and left before me. Why schedule an appointment time if that mean I was told 60 to 90 minutes. They made it fast and easy and took care of everything even a recall so I was happy to hear that when waiting the salesman that we bought our car from remembered us right away even remember my son's name even a recall so I was happy to hear that when waiting the salesman that we bought our car from remembered us right away even remember my son's name everybody's friendly. It's a nice place the kids play area could be nicer. Maybe some new crayons and some nice things to color. My four-year-old granddaughter sat down and said oh all these dirty and they're all broken into that little pieces. I can't use those. Just thought I'd mention it to keep the little ones busy not all of them have an iPad. More
