As I live out of state, I initially spoke with Luis over the phone. I told him what car I wanted and he was diligent in finding it for me and honoring the advertised lease special. Luis texted me all the info on the car and held it for me with a small deposit until I could pick it up 6 days later when I was back in FL. No high pressure sales pitch or trying to upsell me on things I didn’t want. Luis was very professional and a pleasure to work with! More
