This was my second service visit. I asked for Sasha again and was not disappointed. She greeted me with a friendly smile as usual. She brought Jesus, the Tech that was working on my vehicle out and he explained what he had done and what he needed to do about the AC. They both came back again, and Jesus said once he had looked closer at the AC he would need to spend another 45 minutes doing some things (forgot the technical part) and asked if I had time for him to do it. I said yes and off he went. I received two short videos from Jesus explaining what he had done. Sasha texted me the service was complete, and they had washed the car. I went to her desk, where she reviewed everything on the RO with me. Got in my RX-9, turned the AC on and all has been good ever since. Both did a great job keeping me in the loop throughout the service. More

I have never ever taken the time to review a dealership or anyone at a dealership but I am doing this because she was very very nice, genuinely took the time to talk to me, understand where I was coming from and tried her best to reason out (NOT PUT PRESSURE like others do).
