Incompetence and dishonesty - called to inquire about getting a defective part looked at in my car. I explained exactly what the issue was over the phone and asked for a price just to diagnose the issue. getting a defective part looked at in my car. I explained exactly what the issue was over the phone and asked for a price just to diagnose the issue. I was assured there is no cost to look at it, just to repair if something is wrong with it. I confirmed there is no cost multiple times with 2 different girls because one seemed unsure and another got on the phone and reassured me there is no cost associated with diagnosing the car. I make an appointment and come in. Fast forward to my appointment. As soon as I get checked in they tell me there is a $164 diagnostic fee. I explained to them the exact conversation I had prior to making the appointment and they said this is how it is. Point of the matter is if I would have known it was be that much to look at it I would have planned accordingly but they lied and misquoted me to get me to come in. Wasting my time and gas. Tried to sell me an oil change, charge me for a service they told me was at no cost, then tried to buy my car and get me to trade it for another one. Good luck, seems like all ethics and service go out the window after you purchase your car from them. More
