Not happy at all. I had an appointment today for oil change and tire rotation, which my paid coverage its supposed to include. When I arrived there, they said they wer I had an appointment today for oil change and tire rotation, which my paid coverage its supposed to include. When I arrived there, they said they were going to charge me for the service because I canceled the coverage, which I didn't. I tried to explain and they continued saying I it wasn't included in my coverage, even when I explained I've used the service before. As a result I had to miss the appointment and I when I checked the agreement in fact it was included in my monthly payment. I had to sent pictures and proof of everything, and then they said they were checking a different policy, that in fact mine included the service. Now I have to reschedule, wait a whole week and make time for another appointment, when all this could've been avoided if they checked the right policy. Diego was the only person who was extremely nice and tried to help me solve the issue. More
