After phoning both Orlando Mazda dealerships I decided to go with Sports Mazda since they were more courteous and professional. I initially had spoken with the sales manager Mike Craig-Voyk who was awesome a go with Sports Mazda since they were more courteous and professional. When I arrived at the dealership to finalize my decision and purchase the vehicle (CX-30 Premium) I was greeted by both Mike and the sales rep Luis Hernandez (the entire team followed covid safety protocols). Luis was very efficient, polite, knowledgeable with excellent customer service skills and made sure that the process was smooth. He took the time to go over all the features and to ensure I understood everything about the vehicle before driving off. I can't say enough about Luis! After the purchase, he also called to make sure I was enjoying the vehicle. This is the first time I received a call from a dealership after a purchase. Following up makes a big difference and shows they genuinely care. If you're going to buy a Mazda from this dealership, I highly recommend working with Luis to help you through the process.
