Long after I bought my car at Sport Mazda, I still receive the same great service that I have come to really appreciate. Getting ready for a long trip this week, I made sure that my 2016 Mazda CX-5 wa receive the same great service that I have come to really appreciate. Getting ready for a long trip this week, I made sure that my 2016 Mazda CX-5 was in top shape and ready to take me and my family safely there and back. As always, I depended on Nick Radoslavov, a fantastic Service Advisor, to provide his always great service. He found a problem with my rear brakes, called and explained what the tech found and what he recommended. I trust him and thanked him for making sure we would be safe on those brakes since I had already told him about the trip. He also reminded me about my tires that he had noted in my last service to watch. They had a great deal for great replacements, buy 3 and get one free, so I went for it and had them all replaced. With my CX5 running great and everything working safely, I feel so much better knowing that we will be enjoying our trip without worrying. I am always treated well, with respect and caring, and I know that I would not let anyone but Nick and the Sport Mazda team service my car. Trust means everything to me.
