Great customer service but the vehicle price was high. I paid $8059 for a 2011 Corolla with 124,990 miles. I had to break my budget of $7500 to afford it. The Sales Manager was not co-operative enough and c paid $8059 for a 2011 Corolla with 124,990 miles. I had to break my budget of $7500 to afford it. The Sales Manager was not co-operative enough and could have given a better discount. Sad part is, we went to the Toyota of Orlando dealer and they found the coolant for the AC was no good. The spark plugs were no good and I had to spend an additional $880 today. Therefore, the Sales Manager should have charged us $7500 and not $8059. They sold me the car without changing the coolant, spark plugs and no tuning done. I would not recommend a dealer where they sell cars, unprepared and the customer will have to spend an extra $900 to straighten up everything. You should refund me $500 for the additional work I had to do on the Corolla 2011 with 124,990 miles. More

Horrible service. All I needed to do was simply cancel my gap insurance. However after I’m greeted I let the man know what I needed done and he said take a seat and wait for the financial manager to take car gap insurance. Well nobody ever came to help me and it wasn’t like they were busy I was the only one there waiting besides the people getting there Mazda’s fixed. After a hour goes by I walk back up to front desk and ask if anyone is going to help me. There was a group of them all standing around talking and one said right away sir and went to back came out and had me sign. Well if it took that quick why did I wait and hour for nobody to even acknowledge me? Wouldn’t recommend there vehicles or service. More
