This was my second time dealing with mazda , i came in having quite a big problem and i was given michelle! Let me just start with saying this time around was such a different experience, michelle listene having quite a big problem and i was given michelle! Let me just start with saying this time around was such a different experience, michelle listened to everything i had to say , she understood where i was coming , she did not hesitate to help me get out of the problems i was having. She pointed me in the right direction and we began the search for another car . She was upfront and honest with me about everything going on with the situation. When i finally found the car i wanted she made sure that this time around for me was going to be a better experience and she made sure all the information went in the system correctly this time. I wish i had her the first time around!! Of course there was a few hiccups but she Diligently worked through them. Shes amazing ! I love coming to get my vehicle serviced here! They have a video feature that goes over your service recommendations and notes which is great to me! The only thing I would really love is if they gave a comp a video feature that goes over your service recommendations and notes which is great to me!
