What a nightmare! Finance person (John H.) tried to pull a fast one and sneak in all the add-ons that we adamantly said no too, such as Gap insurance, maintenance service, etc. Lifetime warranty was promi a fast one and sneak in all the add-ons that we adamantly said no too, such as Gap insurance, maintenance service, etc. Lifetime warranty was promised and documentation not received.
