You know, when a customer of ours has a problem with a recent purchase, it makes me feel that we did not provide them the service they deserved. While batteries sometime run out without much of a warning, it doesn't make it any better if you are the one with the bad battery. I want to apologize for the problem, but I am thankful that I have great staff like Stephen Mendez who takes command of the situation and does everything he can to make sure the customer suffers the minimum of inconvenience.
