I am thankful that even though the speed did not meet your expectations, or ours either, you still thought enough of the service Willie and Andy provided to still give us a great rating. We have worked on increasing our speed to make the finance portion of the sale go faster, but sometimes we have delays that we cannot resolve ourselves. I have added more finance specialists to eliminate delays but we still must go through off-site finance agencies to get approvals. I am happy to believe that all the tasks we could do ourselves made your visit more enjoyable and successful. Thank you for choosing Sport Mazda and for being our patient customer.
