I love the friendliness and accommodations provided. I do think they need to restock their popcorn and snacks more often, though. But other than that the facility is clean, kind, and quick! Did not address any of my concerns. First, the vehicle has jerking transmission at low RPM's at constant speeds, at initial acceleration, and at low-speed deceleration. Got the standa First, the vehicle has jerking transmission at low RPM's at constant speeds, at initial acceleration, and at low-speed deceleration. Got the standard, "the technician test drove the vehicle and meets specifications and found no issues." What a surprise. Second, they refused to permanently disable the annoying Istop function which according to the Mazda owner's documentation is able to be done by certified Mazda technicians. The only work that was performed was easy and standard oil change and a tire rotation which took nearly 3 hours to complete even with a pre-scheduled appointment. More

Very professional service received by this dealership. My 2024 Mazda CX-5 apparently had some cooling issues but it didn't. It was recommended to put tints in the front windows plus purchase a front winds My 2024 Mazda CX-5 apparently had some cooling issues but it didn't.
